If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Before returning your system, you must call 1-800-475-3091 to obtain authorization. Returns that are received within the 30 days will be refunded for the product price less 20%. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
